You will be at the heart of how Auê works. From sourcing to development, from supplier relationships to production timelines, your coordination ensures that every product is crafted with precision, responsibility and integrity. Your work directly supports our ability to scale sustainably and deliver excellence.

You will manage end-to-end operations across the business, including supplier selection and RFQs, coordination with manufacturers, project management for New Product Development (NPD), SLAs with formulators, stock planning and general office operations. This is a cross-functional role that blends organization, communication and problem-solving.

• 5years’ experience in operations, supply chain, R&D support or project coordination
• Proven ability to coordinate suppliers, manage RFQs and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Experience managing manufacturers, labs or formulators is highly desirable
• Strong ability to track timelines, manage workflows and deliver on multiple projects at once
• Analytical and process-minded approach to solving operational challenges
• Deep understanding of how product development works in beauty, wellness, FMCG or adjacent sectors
• A start-up mindset: ownership, autonomy, structured thinking and the ability to find solutions quickly with minimal guidance
