Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Once dispatched, you will receive an automatic email with your tracking number.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you can track it using the link provided in your confirmation email. While we work with trusted carriers, Auê Natural is not responsible for delays, loss or damage once parcels have been handed to the shipping provider.
