We offer free standard shipping on orders over £50 for the UK and over £100 for the EU. No code needed. During selected campaigns, we may offer lower free shipping thresholds. Any promotional changes will be clearly stated on our website. All orders are shipped from our UK fulfilment centre.
   
Orders placed before 14.00 we aim to ship same day. Orders placed after 14.00 we aim to ship the following working day. We don't ship on weekends or bank holidays, so for orders placed after 14.00 on Friday we aim to ship on the next working day.

Orders placed before the 14:00 cut-off time are estimated to arrive by 1:00pm on the next working day, excluding Bank Holidays. Orders placed after 14:00, or on weekends or Bank Holidays, will be processed on the next working day.

UK Next Day Delivery

Estimated to arrive within 1–2 working days from the date of order, excluding Bank Holidays.

UK Standard Delivery

Estimated to arrive within 2–4 working days from the date of order, excluding Bank Holidays.

Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination. Deliveries across the EU are estimated to arrive within 5–7 working days from the date of order, excluding Bank Holidays and may vary during peak periods or due to weather or customs delays.

Following the UK’s departure from the EU, all international orders placed from the UK website will be subject to customs duties and taxes in the country of destination.

As such, customs and import duties are charged once a parcel arrives at its delivery destination. Handling fees and taxes might be charged as your order passed through customs. These charges must be paid by the parcel recipient and are out of our control. As a result, we are unable to tell you what the charge may be because customs policies and import duties vary across countries.

Orders are processed within 1 working days. Once dispatched, you will receive an automatic email with your tracking number.
If you have not received tracking details within 72 hours of dispatch confirmation, please contact us at hello@auenatural.com with your full name and order number.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you can track it using the link provided in your confirmation email. While we work with trusted carriers, Auê Natural is not responsible for delays, loss or damage once parcels have been handed to the shipping provider. If an issue arises, please contact us and we will support you.

From time to time, we offer special promotions. We are unable to apply discounts retroactively to orders already placed. Thank you for understanding.
